Return Policy

We offer a 30-day free return for unused and undamaged products in original packaging. Returns are accepted for quality issues, wrong items, or dissatisfaction with product appearance. Return shipping is free for quality-related issues; customers are responsible for return shipping for non-quality issues. Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Customized or personal care consumable products are not eligible for return.
